My journey with RAW Personal Training has been very fun and rewarding. I have been training with Glenn Ang and he’s been very professional, calm, supportive and focused. Every gym session with him never feels like exercise.
Glenn listens to what I want to achieve and guides me accordingly to reach my targets (as opposed to the generic what one should do because we all have different end goals). He also reminds me to keep tabs on my eating and sleeping habits whenever I go for business trips and would advise on the better food options while eating out.
After joining RAW Personal Training and having sessions with Glenn, I feel like he has made a positive impact to my physical strength and my lifestyle.

This is my first experience with Private Trainer, Glenn. It was a recommendation by a friend and also an ex-colleague of mine who vouch that Glenn is a good PT. Every session is a casual one yet muscles are clearly targeted and worked-out. Glenn doesn't work you out like how Terry Crew does.
No doubt to continue after our initial 5 session ends.

A very professional and thorough sports massage! I have sports massages regularly and I was very impressed with RAW!! Glenn did a thorough evaluation to find out what was wrong and he targeted his massage at the various spots. I had very tight quads, hammies, Glutes and calves. Glenn sorted it!
His amazing ministrations pummeled the various knots and constrictions into submission!! My muscles feels so much more loose and I have much greater flexibility and range of motion following the session! I'm definitely going back for more!!!

I have great experience training with Glenn at RAW Active. I have only been going to RAW Active for a month, but I could already see significant improves to me both physically and mentally. Each session was rather short compare to other gyms , but very effective. The equipment used at RAW are also new & modern. Glenn is also very experienced in dealing with muscle pains and injury. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I was specifically looking for someone who has experience working with people with injuries as I have some old knee and slip disc conditions and Glenn came highly recommended by various people in the fitness industry.
His company is Raw Active and it has been a great experience training with Glenn for almost a year.
He is very client focused and knowledgeable, and always willing to share and explain any queries I have in greater detail.
He is also quite flexible on timing and works very hard from early morning till late night to accommodate his clients' timing.
I think he really makes an effort to treat his clients well, for example, he provided a free session of personal training to my wife when she had some neck ache.
I also like that his setup is tailored for individuals or smaller groups, so I always felt that I had a lot of space and privacy.
Overall, highly recommend Glenn / Raw Active for personal training.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Probably my first and BEST gym class experience 😆 Went for a few classes (Power plate) with my siblings, great bonding session while working out. After a few sessions with the Power Plate, i could feel my muscles getting stronger and i am able to train muscles which are less utilised in our daily lives. Grateful for the small group trainings which motivates us to work even harder.

FAQ

There is no minimum or maximum age requirement. However we would encourage that the parents of clients, who is aged 18 years old and under, to accompany their child during the registration and orientation.

RAW Active aims to train the unfit to be fit and Personal Training sessions will be your best option. Our personal trainer will take into consideration of your medical and health conditions while he builds a fitness plan customized for you.

 

During training, having a personal trainer to closely monitor you also ensures that you won’t over-work your body. However, it is advised to get an approval from your medical physician before engaging in any physical training. Individuals with conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, have a family history of coronary disease before the age of 50, or are unable to perform simple daily tasks due to body composition, should first seek medical advice from their doctors.

We understand the need to change schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. If you’re unable to attend training, simply inform your Personal Trainer at least 3 hours before your scheduled session.

Yes. We encourage actionable habit formalization, which is beneficial for our clients to reach their goals quickly and effectively, instead of a recipe-for-recipe nutritional coaching style.
